All personal training packages expire 4 months from purchase date.
All sessions are nonrefundable.
Check for availability prior to buying sessions.
All financial transactions must be made through PayPal.
Full payment for personal training packages are due prior to start of session.
Gift certificates are available upon request.
Earn a free session for each referral who purchases a training package.
The One Hour Workout
The one hour personal training sessions consist of a 5-10 minute warm-up 45 minute full-body workout and a 5-10 minute cool down which entails stretching. All off-site training is for a hour.
The 30 Minute Workout
Don't have a lot of time to devote to working out, the 30-Minute workout is for you! No over-training, since the goal of each session is to maximize the amount of total sets and intensity. The 30 minute workout does not give anyone time to get distracted or lose mental focus.
Nutritional Consulting
Getting healthy is more than just focusing on strength training and cardio. Changing your diet is paramount to accomplishing permanent results. You can use the one hour sessions for Nutritional Consulting. I encourage my clients to purchase their own copy of the Precision Nutritional Manual. This is the manual I use as a reference when conducting nutritional counseling.
