I have clients of all ages, though most are 40+. As we age we have different health and fitness needs.
I primarily service the Capitol Hill area of Washington DC, but if you are within walking distance of a metro station I may be able to come to you. I also offer Online Personal Training.
Safety is my number one priority. You cannot exercise if you are hurt or broken!
