Hello my name is David L. Franklin.

I have been helping people get healthy and fit since 1996. Get started today!

My mission is to provide expert guidance for those over 40 looking to get healthy and fit!

Being fit after 40 takes a little more effort, but it is more important than ever to do so as we age.

Age is not just a number.  After 40 you are more prone to injuries if you are not healthy and fit.

There is no reason to be afraid of exercise, I am here to help you every step of the way.

You don't need to be doing an extreme exercise program to get in shape.  I believe in safe, effective workouts that will improve your balance, strength, mobility and flexibility.

Healthy eating is very important if you want to be healthy and fit.  I recommend that everyone start with my online nutrition program.

I work with people new to exercise and healthy eating.  Get the support you need to make better choices.

Build fitness into your life, without it taking over.  I recommend 30 minute sessions for most clients.

I offer In-home Personal Training in the Capitol Hill, Penn Quarter, Navy Yard and Downtown sections of Washington D.C., but people all over the world are taking advantage of my Online Coaching Programs.

The Benefits of In-Home Personal Training

No more worrying about getting stuck in traffic in a cab, no more early morning or late night commuting in the rain, snow or having to rush back to a business meeting or home to eat dinner with family or friends.

In-Home Personal Training will allow you all the benefits of working out at your gym without feeling like you have an audience watching your every move.

It’s pretty easy to talk yourself out of a trip to the gym, but when I show up at your door, there are no excuses.

"You are a product of your habits!"
