I service the Capitol Hill section of Washington D.C., but my clients all over the world are taking advantage of my Online Personal Training and Weight Loss Program.

The Online Fitness Program is delivered through an app.  Each exercise is demonstrated by a video.  You can use my Personal Training App for your home or gym workout.  All you need is an internet connection. 

My weight loss program is delivered to your inbox every day for a year.  It is not a quick fix weight loss diet. You will actually learn new healthy eating habits.

My online fitness and weight loss programs are a year long.  I recommend taking both for the best results, but you can also take them separately.
