This course is powered by Precision Nutrition, but I will be your personal nutrition coach. I will give you feedback and support along your health and fitness journey.
The main focus of the program is to strategically help you improve your eating habits—all within the context of your day-to-day life. I don’t give you a crazy diet to follow; instead, I help my clients build the habits they need to get results that last for the rest of their lives.
This program is not for figure or fitness models, professional bodybuilders, or high level athletes training for a particular sport. It’s also not for people who already have all the accountability they need and rarely struggle with staying consistent with their eating habits.

What makes The DLF Fitness Jump Start Package a successful weight loss program?
- The Workout: Train 3X a week! You get 12 - 30 minute personal training sessions with this package.
- The Nutrition: Most people fail on their fitness programs due to poor eating habits. It’s not just about counting calories, it’s about eating the right nutrients from the right foods. A one year online coaching program is included with this package.
The 30 Minute Workout is a full body workout. I work the entire body in as little as 30 minutes!
What works for one person, may not work for another I will develop the most effective program based on your fitness assessment, and personal goals.
Consistency & Accountability
Do you find it difficult to stick to your program? Scheduling regular appointments with a personal trainer helps eliminate any excuses you might come up with for not exercising.
I have been a personal trainer since 1996. I know the best way to lose weight and get you to your health and fitness goals. I will just give you facts about what works and what does not.
What should you expect?
You get twelve, 30 - Minute Personal Training Sessions. Workouts will be a mix of cardio and strength training sessions (depending on your goals and abilities).
The first session will be a fitness assessment. You will be able to use the assessment to start your online coaching program.
Online coaching starts after we have completed your fitness assessment.
he remaining sessions will get you into a workout routine. You decide if you want to train 2 or 3 times a week.
Health & Wellness Seminar
Help your employees with their health and fitness goals! The nutritional side of increased health is the most important and potentially most confusing. Researching and reading on your own only goes so far. Having a personal trainer at your disposal allows you to ask questions you can’t get answered online.
