In-Home Training

This is the main service I provided. Convenient, private, and accountable fitness program where I come to you to for training.

I can meet you at your home, office, gym, or some other location. Many of my clients prefer training in their home, but for those that like to get out, I can meet you at your gym or a park.

No gear is required since my focus is on calisthenics. I do recommend comfortable clothing and gym shoes.

I offer 30 minute or 45 minute sessions, blocked in packages of 4, 8, 12, 24, or 52 sessions.  When you buy more, you save more.

A typical 45 minute session goes as the following (30 minute workout has no warm-up or cool down):

  • 2 to 3 minute warm-up with some light cardio and dynamic stretching.
  • 30 to 40 minute full body workout with special focus on problem areas.
  • 2 to 3 minute cool down with stretching and flexibility exercises.

Online Fitness Coaching

The DLF Fitness Coaching Program is for men and women with busy lives who want personal accountability, a structured nutrition and personal training program to follow, and a coach to help keep them consistent and on-track.

My nutrition course is powered by Precision Nutrition, but I will be your personal weight loss coach. I will give you feedback and support along your weight loss and fitness journey.

The main focus of the program is to strategically help you improve your eating habits—all within the context of your day-to-day life. I don’t give you a crazy weight loss diet to follow; instead, I help you build the habits that you need to get results that will last for the rest of your life.

This program is not for figure or fitness models, professional bodybuilders, or high level athletes training for a particular sport. It’s also not for people who already have all the accountability they need and rarely struggle with staying consistent with their eating habits. 

The DLF Fitness Coaching Program includes both a personal training program and nutrition course:

  • A structured year-long nutrition program to help keep you consistent.
  • An expert coach to give you feedback, make adjustments to your program, and help keep you accountable.
  • Strategic daily nutrition practices to improve your body composition.
  • Online Personal Training to improve your strength and endurance.

My online programs are delivered on my custom coaching platform.  They work on any computer, tablet, or mobile device and can be accessed from anywhere in the world.  The nutrition and fitness program are run on two different platforms.  You can get both programs or you can choose to the program of your choice.

Bulk Sessions

Bulk sessions come with a one year nutrition course.  Save 10% when you buy your personal training sessions in bulk.  Bulk sessions expire 6 months from the date of purchase.  



Health & Wellness Seminars

Help your employees with their health and fitness goals!  The nutritional side of increased health is the most important and potentially most confusing.  Researching and reading on your own only goes so far. Having a personal trainer at your disposal allows you to ask the questions that you can’t get answered online.
